Leah Von Dutch to return to the UK

Leah Von Dutch UKAfter receiving a slew of positive reviews for her work back in May and June, Leah Von Dutch has exclusively announced to Ringbelles that she is to return to the UK for a month in November.

The 25-year old Canadian made a lot of new fans during her trip to England and Scotland earlier this year, appearing at Pro-Wrestling: EVE’s Special Edition III and Queen of the Ring cards, as well as for Insane Championship Wrestling: Fierce Females and Extreme American Wrestling. We also discussed her trip before and after it happened in a Women Of Wrestling Podcast and Fight Like A Girl respectively. In total, Von Dutch worked around a dozen shows during her trip, but it only whetted her appetite.

Leah has already agreed to eight bookings for the month so far – the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd, Friday the 8th, Saturday the 9th, Saturday the 16th, and the weekend of the 23rd and 24th – though she hasn’t revealed the promotions she will be working for.

When approached for comment on her return and how in demand she is, Von Dutch told us: “I feel great that companies have decided to bring me back over. I really feel like the UK is becoming a home for me.” She also revealed that she’s keen to push herself against new competition: “I’m coming back to prove that once again I can mix it up and take on anyone. There are some girls I’d like to wrestle again and some girls I’d like to work with for the first time.”

In her first visit to the UK, Von Dutch wrestled Shanna in the bulk of her matches but also took on the likes of Kasey Owens and Carmel Jacob, though walked away with a 100% record – unfortunately, they were all defeats. Hopefully when she returns, she can notch up her first European victory.

Any promotions looking to speak to Leah concerning booking her for shows, seminars or anything else wrestling related during her UK tour is encouraged to get in touch with her on Twitter or via email.
