We are three months out from the next Bellatrix show, but we are already having bits and pieces of the show revealed to us. In truth, we started finding out about wrestlers coming from the US who will be debuting on the show before Bellatrix 7 took place – Leva Bates, Allysin Kay & Jessicka Havok will be there, as well as Bellatrix World Champion Courtney Rush, who appeared at October’s event but was unable to compete due to injury.
Earlier today, co-owner Axl Lynch announced that RQW European Champion Sammi Baynz would not be defending the belt at Bellatrix 8, but a new challenger would be determined by a 30 woman Rumble match.
The contest will the single biggest all-woman match to take place in Europe, though we at Ringbelles immediately had the query about whether there were enough women to make up the numbers. After jotting down a few names we came to the conclusion that there certainly was enough, so that isn’t an issue.
Even though this contest is the first official match to be announced for the show on March 2 in Norwich, England, there is still one other contest which is waiting in the wings to be made official, and that’s Rush’s defence of the World Title against Liberty. Courtney interfered in Liberty’s European Title defence on the last show, causing her to drop the title to Baynz, and align herself with Lynch’s heel side in the process.
